La presente tesis realiza anålisis y evaluación de Eståndares Indicativos de Desempeño del
Modelo de Calidad de GestiĂłn Escolar, en la Escuela Particular NÂș 8 San Ignacio Calera de Tango durante el año escolar 2018. A travĂ©s de un diagnĂłstico institucional, que consiste en: ficha de caracterizaciĂłn de la escuela; aplicaciĂłn de la encuesta de satisfacciĂłn a los
actores de la comunidad; redacciĂłn de la evidencia a partir de las dimensiones y sus
subdimensiones. Con el desarrollo de un anålisis estratégico de la Misión, Visión, sello
educativo de la escuela, identificando sus fortalezas y debilidades en las diferentes dimensiones. AsĂ tambiĂ©n un anĂĄlisis de los resultados de las encuestas, para detectar las ĂĄreas mĂĄs crĂticas (nudo crĂtico). Basado en el marco teĂłrico, que nos permite levantar una propuesta de intervenciĂłn viable, con el fin de elaborar el plan de mejoramiento.
This thesis carries out analysis and evaluation of Indicative Performance Standards of the School Management Quality Model, in the Private School No. 8 San Ignacio Calera de Tango during the 2018 school year. Through an institutional diagnosis, consisting of: characterization of the school; application of the satisfaction survey to the actors of the community; the evidence from the dimensions and its subdimensions. With the development of a strategic analysis of the Mission, Vision, educational seal of the school, identifying its strengths and weaknesses in the different dimensions. Also an analysis of the results of the surveys, to detect the most critical areas (critical junction). Basing on the theoretical framework, which allows us to raise a viable intervention proposal, in order to develop the improvement plan.
