Gr.A) Durante 1 minuto a temperatura ambiente.
temperatura ambiente.
lntroduction: The mechanism of chemical unían of the silano happens because his function facilitates the unían between the sílice contained in the materials of restoration and the organic counterfoil of the resinous cements. Of this form, unions are established covalentes siloxanes, increasing the capacity of to moisten of the adhesive agent. The solutions of silano contain a significant quantity of solvent and it must be evaporated, far increase this way the condensation of the silano on the surface of ceramics. Objective: To measure and to compare the force of adhesion generated between a cement of resin and the etching ceramics, with three different protocols of application of silano. Methodology: Three ceramic blocks (IPS Empress CAD; lvoclar Vivadent AG) they were cut in two halves, conditioned with acid fluorhídric <5 % (IPS Ceramic Etching Gel, lvoclar Vivadent AG) and three protocols different from application of silano: GrA) Application of silano in a minute to temperature environment. GrB) Application of silano in a minute to 1 00ºC. GrC) Without application of silano. Again cemented by means of resinous dual cement (Variolink 11, lvoclar Vivadent AG) according to the indications of the manufacturer, after every block there obtained 23 bars of 1 X 1 X 16mm, which surrendered to termocycling (5400 cycles between 5 and 55ºC) and submitted test of microtensile {MICRO TENSILE TESTER BISCO) Results obtained were analyzed in the software SYSTAT 12, the method ANOVA and Tukey was in use (p<0.05). Results: The obtained values (MPa) GrB (43,65 ± 6.02) if s significantly majar that the values obtained far GrA (36.87 ± 4.90) and both values are significantly majar that the values of the GrC (20.58 ± 5.21 ). Conclusions: The application of the agent silano increases significantly the force of adhesion between ceramic materials and the resinous cements. The application of silano to 1 00ºC increases moreover the force of adhesion when it is compared with the application of silano to temperature set.
