Evaluación de la gestión deportiva de entrenadores a través de la percepción de clima motivacional, motivación y satisfacción en jóvenes deportistas de un club de fútbol profesional

El estudio que a continuación se presenta, tiene por objetivo investigar la
correlación que existe entre la gestión deportiva de entrenadores de fútbol,
medida a través de la percepción de clima motivacional, la motivación y
satisfacción deportiva percibida por jóvenes deportistas de fútbol profesional.
El número de la muestra asciende a un total de 63 deportistas pertenecientes a
las categorías sub 15, sub 16, sub 17 y sub 19, a quienes se les aplicó tres
cuestionarios: PMCSQ-2 (Balaguer et al. 1997) para evaluar clima motivacional,
SMS (Pelletier et al. 1995) para evaluar motivación y el SSI (Duda y Nicholls,
1992; Balaguer et al., 1997) para evaluar satisfacción.
De acuerdo con los resultados, no se encontraron correlaciones con significancia
estadística entre climas motivacionales, tipos de motivación y satisfacción
deportiva. Sin embargo se hallaron resultados consistentes con los marcos
teóricos utilizados. Se proponen líneas de intervención para la gestión profesional
de los entrenadores.
The study presented, aims to investigate the correlation that exists between the sport management of football coaches, measured by the motivational climate perception with the motivation and satisfaction perceived by younger athletes of professional soccer.
