La llegada de inmigrantes a Chile ha aumentado de manera exponencial en los Ćŗltimos aƱos, lo que conlleva un aumento de ellos en los Servicios de Salud. Considerando que la salud es un derecho universal, independiente de la cultura y lugar en el que la persona se encuentre, nos plantearnos cĆ³mo viven esta situaciĆ³n los profesionales kinesiĆ³logos. Lo que busca esta investigaciĆ³n es conocer los significados que los profesionales kinesiĆ³logos atribuyen a la relaciĆ³n profesional que establecen con personas inmigrantes, usuarios de un hospital del Servicio de Salud Metropolitano Sur (SSMS).
El mĆ©todo para construir la informaciĆ³n fue a travĆ©s de entrevistas abiertas a cuatros participantes de un hospital del SSMS, durante el 2016. Las entrevistas fueron transcritas y luego codificadas a travĆ©s del Software ATLAS-ti 6.2.25, para posteriormente realizar un anĆ”lisis de los diferentes relatos. Cada cĆ³digo estĆ” vinculado a una cierta cantidad de unidades de sentido que engloban la misma idea, formando 11 categorĆas creadas a travĆ©s de las temĆ”ticas en comĆŗn de los cĆ³digos, para luego formar 3 metacategorĆas. Los resultados obtenidos luego del anĆ”lisis dieron cuenta de tres principales focos; la relaciĆ³n que construyen los profesionales kinesiĆ³logos con las personas inmigrantes, la barrera idiomĆ”tica que se crea entre los profesionales e inmigrantes y las herramientas necesarias para lograr una intervenciĆ³n con ellos.
The levels of immigration in Chile have grown exponentially in the past years, leading to a increasing access of them to health services. This made us question how professionals of kinesiology experience this situation. The goal of this research is to get to know the meaning given by the kinesiologic professionals to the interaction and intervention with immigrant and in which way they incorporate the immigrant's own elements. The research method used was to make open interviews to 4 communicators of a Secondary health service in the San Bernardo district, during 2016. This interviews were transcripted and then codified using ATLAS-ti 6.2.25 software to then analyze the different answers. Each code is linked to a certain amount of discourses that enclose the same idea, conforming 11 categories created based on the common topics between the codes to later create 3 meta-categories. The obtained results after the analysis shown three main focus points; the relation between kinesiologic practitioners and immigrants, the language barrier observed between interviewees and immigrants and the necessary tools to achieve an intervention between the subjects.
