It is widely known that the infrastructure of the public hospitals of the countries lack in many respects and are also old constructions which have not been known to be modernized according to the technologies and requirements the country needs for an efficient public and consumer-friendly health system. The hospitality in the areas from an ethetic point of view referring to a determined amount of time has taken a back seat and its functions were directed by officials who did not have the needed capacity of managing in order to bring forward the specifically required duty who in this case refers to the infrastructure of a public hospital which - at least in theory - should be founded fundamentally on a democratic society who wants to advanceand develop alongside the big superpowers- Nowadays, the administrations have understood that a hospital is not only made up by patients, doctors and nurses but also by professionals sensible to the respective feasibility and who add continuity to the services from a professional and not an amateur point of view, a standpoint that without doubt has recently increased the standards of quality and service. Nevertheless, there is still room for improvement and learning in the actual system, the gap between the public and the private system is still ajar. There are many factors and actors who get involved in the system which makes it many times bothersome and slow faced with proposing solutions. Yet, it has been proved that with an efficient management and a determined planification the processes and results can be accomplished but this requires a constant update, a disposition of the parts and a wide overview regarding certain aspects, committed professionals„ technicians and workersOnce this does not occur any more, we finally will be the world power we search to be.
