Abstract
RESUMEN: La planificaciĂłn cumple dos propĂłsitos principales en cualquier organizaciĂłn, siendo
uno de ellos el de minimizar el riesgo reduciendo la incertidumbre que rodea cualquier
obra humana y el segundo que consiste en elevar el nivel de éxito organizacional. La
logĂstica no escapa a lo anterior, sino que por el contrario una buena planificaciĂłn en
esta área es la mejor receta para cumplir los plazos de entrega, ajustarse al
presupuesto y no encontrar sorpresas desagradables a mitad de una obra.
Dada la complejidad, en la materializaciĂłn de la obra Viaducto LĂnea 4 del metro, la
planificaciĂłn del área logĂstica se constituyĂł en un puntal para el desarrollo de ella, ya
que no sólo debe preocuparse de la cadena de compra y distribución, sino que también
de aquella necesaria para el estudio, desarrollo y aplicaciĂłn de nuevas tecnologĂas.
En ésta memoria, se hace una descripción de la planta de fabricación de dovelas,
considerando las principales áreas de producción y operación, como también las
caracterĂsticas tĂ©cnicas de las dovelas, dentro de las cuales cabe destacar su diseño,
los materiales usados en su construcciĂłn y la secuencia constructiva que se utilizĂł tanto
para las dovelas de columna como de tramo.
Además se abordan los aspectos relacionados con el transporte, montaje y
desplazamiento de vigas lanzadoras, en donde se hace una descripciĂłn general de la
viga de lanzamiento considerando dentro de ella los elementos principales.
En lo que respecta al transporte de la viga lanzadora, se describen las diferentes
actividades realizadas, como asimismo, la secuencia en que éstas fueron llevadas a
cabo.
También se hace una descripción de las diferentes etapas que se consideran para el
montaje de las dovelas, como asimismo, de los materiales necesarios para el proceso
de instalaciĂłn y posterior posicionamiento de cada uno de los tramos, finalizando esta
memoria con las conclusiones que se obtuvieron durante el desarrollo de ella.
ABSTRACT: The logistics and planning is the best recipe to meet deadlines for delivery, conform to the budget and not encounter unpleasant surprises half of the work, that's why we represent struts for the development of major projects such as the Viaduct Line 4 Subway, but it is not only based on the logistics building of these works, but also in the study and development of new technologies to carry them out. That is why in this report, was a description of the manufacturing plant dovelas considering the main areas of production and operation, as well as the technical characteristics of dovelas within which include design, the materials used in construction and constructive sequence which was used both for dovelas column and leg. It also addressed issues related to transportation, assembly and movement of beam pitcher, which gave an overview of the beam launching recital inside the main elements. As regards the transport of the beam pitcher, described the different activities, as well as the sequence in which they were carried out. There was also a description of the different stages that were considered for the assembly of dovelas, as well as the materials required for the installation process and subsequent positioning of the leg.
