RESUMEN: La finalidad de esta tesis es analizar el nivel de implicancia que tiene un operador mixer con el resultado final de las resistencias mecánicas, que tiene cada despacho que realiza. Para ello, se hizo un seguimiento a los operadores mixer de la planta Ready Mix Quilicura, recopilando datos sobre sus resistencias finales durante 6 meses.
Además, se evaluaron sus conocimientos sobre las características del hormigón y los aditivos que utilizan a diario, teniendo en cuenta el tiempo que llevan como operador mixer.
Llegando a concluir que los conocimientos y procedimientos sobre el hormigón son fundamentales, para que las resistencias finales no sean defectuosas, por lo que se debe capacitar, reforzar y actualizar los conocimientos y procedimientos constantemente.
SUMMARY: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the implications level between an operator mixer and the final result of mechanical resistance, particularly in each delivery made. During six months, we planned, monitored and controlled a mixer operator from Ready Mix Quilicura´s Company in order to collect data and to analyze the impacts on final resistances. Additionally, the study evaluated concrete management program within the business organization. This included skills and knowledge, additive that are used diary as well as the specific characteristics of the concrete industry. Moreover, all these factors were analyzed considering the time that company has been working as mixer operator in the market and its performance achieved in the concrete industry. Overall, the result of this study shows that specialized knowledge in concrete, solid understanding in the procedures applied in each mixer are fundamental to obtain an effective result on mechanical resistance. For this reason, it is important to train to workers and develop a concrete programs that allow strengthen knowledge and techniques in this field.
