En la siguiente investigación se analizan las experiencias de las personas trans* y las
posibilidades de acceso y desempeño en ámbitos educacionales y laborales, junto con los
distintos factores que puedan facilitar y obstaculizar el proceso de elaboración de las
proyecciones ocupacionales o del proyecto de vida en estas dos áreas para poder lograr
autonomía y un pleno desarrollo en el contexto sociopolítico chileno actual. Para abordar la
investigación se utiliza una metodología de tipo cualitativa, a partir del paradigma de la
complejidad con un enfoque hermenéutico, en la cual los datos fueron recopilados a través de
entrevistas semiestructuradas a personas trans*, mayores de 18 años que hayan tenido
experiencia educativa o laboral, formal o informal en el contexto sociopolítico de los últimos
cinco años en Chile, de los cuales es posible concluir que la identificación de proyecciones
ocupacionales en dichas áreas, se han visto limitadas dado que el contexto sociopolítico ha
reducido la posibilidades de proyección y desempeño de estas personas mediante diversas
conductas avaladas por normas y estructuras sociales que responden a una lógica binaria de
género y cisnormatividad, ejerciendo distintos tipos de violencia, segregación y favoreciendo
un sistema de apartheid ocupacional y vulneración de derechos.
In this investigation, the experiences, possibilities of access, and performance in educational and laboral areas of trans people*, along with the different factors that may facilitate or hinder the elaboration process of occupational projections, or of the life projects in this two areas will be analyzed in order to reach autonomy and a fulfilling development in the chilean social-political context. To approach this investigation, the qualitative method was used, from the paradigm of the complexity with a hermeneutical approach, in which the data where collected by semi-structured interviews to over 18 years old trans people*, who have had formal or informal, educational or laboral experience in the social-cultural context in the last 5 years in chile, from which, is possible to conclude that the identification of occupational projections in said areas, have been limited due to the social-cultural context has reduced the projection and performance of trans* people with diverse conducts endorsed by social norms and constructs that answer back to a binary logic of gender and Cisnormativity, exerting different types of violence, segreation and favoring a system of occupational apartheid and the violation of rights.
