Adults fishes (five years and seven months) andjuveniles (two years and three months) of cultures, together with wild fishes, were evaluated through morphobiometrics parameters as: weight, legth, condition factor K and haematocrit, for in that way can take a charaterization of the population that allowe an after selection and improve the management of the fishes to create a reproducers stock. In other way, the three groups (R; J; S) were induced in November 3th, 1999 and in January 26th , 2000, througt oil injections with the anologue of the release factor ofGonadotropin GnRH-a (Des- Gly, [ D- Ala ]- LHRH) with a dosis of 20 20 ug/Kg of fish. After that were evaluated the effects of sinchronization, progress, number of spawned eggs and viability with respect of control groups. The results gotten of the spawining of reproducers control fishes (RC) in the first induction (I) was a total of 50.425 eggs with a viability of 5,89% and in the second induction (II) were not detect any postures. In the induced adults (RI) a total of2.672.675 eggs with a viability of 15,26% in the (I) and in the (II) 2.023.230 with a 31,05% viables eggs. In the case of juveniles fishes, was not watched any inductive effect in the total number of spawned eggs, seeing that in the (I) both groups, control l juveniles (JC) and inductives juveniles (JI) showed similares values in the spawned totals and in the (I) and (II) induction, the answer in the viability was superior in the JI group. Finally the wild fishes (S) spawned in the (I) a total of 57.673 eggs with a ¡ 27,57% viable eggs. This group was not forced to a second induction, due to high mortalities showed by effects of deterioration by fishing. To predict the viability, it was used the flotation method and also staining techniques with Neutral Red Solution (NR) and Trypan Blue (TB). The results of both staines were compares with the flotation method where could get a correlation for: Neutral Red a r2 = 0.34 and Trypan Blu-a?= 0.55.
