Resumen
Es sabido que las aguas residuales provocan una alteraciĆ³n aguas abajo de
los cursos de aguas receptoras. La naturaleza se encarga de realizar . una .
autodepuraciĆ³n, la cual tiene un lĆmite, en cuanto a las cantidades de residuos que
estas aguas posean, materias orgĆ”nicas, adiciones de tipo quĆmico que alteran
sus propiedades, ademĆ”s del desarrollo de Ā·organismos patĆ³genos, que son los
causantes de graves enfermedades.
Para transformar las propiedades del agua residual en un elemento no
nocivo para el medio ambiente, se emplean, generalmente, plantas depuradoras
diseƱadas y ejecutadas para ta! efecto; sin embargo, por mayor que sea la
automatizaciĆ³n de los procesos que la integran, siempre es imprescindible que el
hombre con su capacidad de respuesta ante cada problemƔtica, no siempre
predecibles por autĆ³matas programables, estĆ© lo suficientemente preparado para
vigilar, cuidar, mantener y operar el sistema de tratamiento en forma idĆ³nea y
garantizar que la reposiciĆ³n de este lĆquido no renovable, sea devuelto a la
naturaleza en la forma benƩvola con que nos ha sido prestado
!t is known that the residual waters provoke a waters alteration doVvn stream of the receiving water courses. The nature is entrusted with accomplishing an auto depuration, which has a limit, conceming the quantities of residues that these waters possess, organic matters, additions of chemical type that alter its properties, more over the development of pathogens, that they are the serious disease originators. To transform the properties of the residual water into a not harmful element for the environment, water treatment plants designed and executed for such effect are generally employed; however, by greater than it will be the automation of the processes that integrate it, always it is indispensable that the man with his response capacity befare each prob!ems, not always predictable by programmable automatons, it be sufficiently prepared to monitor, care, maintain and operate the treatment system in suitable form and to guarantee that the reinstatement of this not renewable liquid, will be returned to the nature in the benevolent form with which has been borrowed to us.
