La presente investigación tiene como tema central las Habilidades Sociales en niños, se aborda desde la metodología cualitativa, principalmente utilizando datos descriptivos. Esta intervención considera la colaboración de un grupo de Educadoras de Párvulos, quienes voluntariamente decidieron ser parte de esta iniciativa, participando a partir de su labor educativa con niños y niñas.
El presente estudio se relaciona con la importancia que le otorgan las Educadoras de Párvulos al desarrollo de habilidades sociales en niños de 2 a 3 años a edad en jardines infantiles. Este informe, da cuenta de las distintas etapas en que se abordó la investigación, así como el respectivo instrumento utilizado para su desarrollo. Dentro del procedimiento, destacan las entrevistas en profundidad a las participantes cuyo análisis constituye parte esencial de este trabajo.
Luego del análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se concluye que las educadoras de párvulos tienen claridad del concepto relacionado a las Habilidades Sociales, así mismo le otorgan gran importancia en el desarrollo de éstas. Vinculándolas a elementos fundamentales a ser tratados tanto dentro como fuera del aula.
Finalmente, se propone que esta investigación de pie a una profundización más extensa en relación a la formación inicial de educadoras de párvulos en torno a la temática de Habilidades Sociales y a elaboración de planes de intervención con estrategias claras para ser abordados en los jardines infantiles.
This research has social skills in children as its central theme. It is approached from a qualitative methodology, using descriptive data mainly. This intervention considers the collaboration of a group of nurcery teachers, who voluntarily chose to be part of this initiative, participating from their educational work with children. This paper is related to the importance given by nurcery teachers to social skills development in children of ages between 2 and 3 years old in kindergartens. This report covers the different stages discussed during the investigation process, as well as the respective instrument used to develop it. Within the procedure, stand out in-depth interviews to participants whose analysis is an essential part of this work. After the analysis and interpretation of the results of the investigation, it is concluded thit nurcery teachers have clarity about the concept related to social skills, thus giving great importance to the development of these. This is done by linking them to key elements to be treated both inside and outside the classroom. Finally, it is proposed that this research may lead to a larger deepening in relation to the initial training of nurcery teachers around the theme of social skills and the developing of intervention plans with clear strategies to be addressed in kindergartens.
