Resumen
La presente investigaciĆ³n tiene como objetivo principal conocer y caracterizar el
perfil profesional del Gestor deportivo - cultural de la CorporaciĆ³n Municipal para
el Desarrollo Social de Antofagasta (CMDS), lo que permitirĆ” definir sus
competencias y, a la vez, clarificar cuĆ”l es la categorĆa a la cual pertenece este
puesto laboral. Es relevante establecer que esta funciĆ³n productiva no se
encuentra inscrita en el Sistema Nacional de Competencias Laborales , ni ha sido
impartida como carrera de pre - grado por ninguna instituciĆ³n de educaciĆ³n
superior , sin embargo, es ampliamente reconocida por CMDS, ya que otorga a
cada unidad educativa un gestor deportivo - cultural encargado de planificar,
organizar , coordinar , administrar, supervisar y evaluar los proyectos deportivos
y culturales del Ɣrea extraescolar.
La investigaciĆ³n se enmarca dentro del diseƱo No experimental, con estudio
descriptivo y enfoque cualitativo. Se obtuvieron datos a travƩs de un cuestionario
de respuestas cerradas, entrevistƔndose a gestores deportivo - culturales que
trabajan en unidades educativas de CMDS y que poseen una experiencia
mĆnima en el cargo de tres aƱos, por lo que sus respuestas se consideran
confiables.
The present research is aimed at understanding and characterizing major professional sports profile manager culture of the Corporation municipal de desarrollo social de Antofagasta (CMDS), which will define its powers and, in turn, clarify what is the category to which this job position belongs. lt is important to establish that this production function is not registered in the National Labor Skills, or been given as race pre- degree by any institution of higher education, however, is widely recognized for CMDS, as it gives each educational unit a sports manager - Cultural responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, monitoring and evaluating sports and cultural projects in this area. This research is not specific part experimental design, descriptiva study with qualitative approach. Data were obtained through a closed questionnaire responses, interviewing a sports managers - working in cultural educational units CMDS and having a minimum experience in office three years, so that their responses to be reliable.
