Psicomotricidad: Experiencias vividas por los cuidadores informales, profesores y kinesiólogos sobre el comportamiento de jóvenes con trastorno de espectro autista

El objetivo de esta investigación es describir desde una perspectiva integradora del
cuidador informal, profesor y kinesiólogo la experiencia vivida en relación al
comportamiento de jóvenes con trastorno de espectro autista (TEA) participantes en
talleres esporádicos de psicomotricidad y pertenecientes a la Agrupación de Ayuda a
Niños Autistas (Aganat) de la comuna de Hualpén, VIII región del Biobío, Chile
La metodología que se emplea corresponde a una investigación cualitativa
fenomenológica descriptiva. Se aplicaron 29 entrevistas semi-estructuradas con pauta a
11 informantes seleccionados por conveniencia o propósito y los datos obtenidos se
analizaron a través de análisis temático propuesto por Giorgi.
Los resultados del análisis de la información obtenida permitió ordenar las
experiencias vividas en relación al fenómeno en estudio en siete grandes contenidos
temáticos, como lo son: lenguaje verbal, lenguaje no verbal, reciprocidad emocional,
actividades de vida diaria, intereses personales, psicomotricidad y psicomotricistas.
Es posible concluir que los contenidos temáticos relacionados con los aspectos
clínicos del TEA son similares a los expresados por la literatura para el mismo grupo
etáreo. Por otra parte, esta investigación logra determinar la estructura y organización de
la psicomotricidad junto con el perfil de psicomotricista que de acuerdo a los datos
entregados han permitido influenciar el comportamiento de jóvenes con TEA.
The main aim of this study is to describe from the integrative point of view of the informal caregiver, teacher and kinesiologists the lived experience in relation to the behavior of young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) participating on sporadic workshop of psychomotor activity and belonging to the “Agrupación de Ayuda a Niños Autistas” (Aganat) from the municipality of Hualpen in the eighth region of Biobío, Chile. The methodology applied in the present report corresponds to a descriptive phenomenological qualitative research. 29 semi - structured interviews with guideline were taken by 11 informants selected conveniently or for purpose, and the data collected was analyzed through the thematic analysis proposed by Giorgi. The analysis of the collected data allowed the researchers to order the lived experiences in relation to the phenomena in study according to seven main themes, as verbal language, non-verbal language, emotional reciprocity, daily life activities, personal interests, psychomotor activity and specialist in psychomotor skills. As a conclusion, the thematic contents related with the clinical aspects of ASD are similar to those expressed by literature for the same age group. On the other hand, this research manages to determinate the structure and organization of psychomotor activity together with the profile of specialist in psychomotor skills that, according to the data given, have allowed to influence the behavior of young people with ASD.
