dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se revisarán distintos modelos de control de gestión y como estos han evolucionado desde los basados exclusivamente en la contabilidad, hasta hoy en día, en que la incorporación de conceptos como capital humano y modelos de control de gestión son considerados como elementos claves. Modelos que también han sido considerados por las empresas en la implantación de su estrategia. La necesidad de disponer de un sistema de control de gestión que permita guiar a la organización en el logro de su estrategia, ha obligado a desarrollar, diversos modelos y teorías al respecto. Condición que ha sido recogida para este trabajo de tesis, realizando una revisión bibliográfica de diversos modelos de gestión, que permitan conocer cómo han evolucionado estos modelos y como enfrentan el desafio de las organizaciones en su afán de cumplir con sus objetivos organizacionales. Lo anterior, teniendo presente que se está bajo el contexto de una visión sistémica, en donde la formulación como la implantación de la estrategia, deben seguir una línea coherente en su desarrollo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the present investigation different management control models will be revised and as these they have evolved since them based exclusively in the accounting, until nowadays, in which the incorporation of concepts like human capital and management control models are you considered as key items. Model that also they have been considered by the company in their establishment o f its strate gy. The need for a control system that allows management to lead the organization in achieving its strategy, has been forced to develop different models and theories. Condition that has been collected for this thesis, doing a literature review of various management models, which show how these models have evolved as the challenge facing organizations in their efforts to meet organizational objectives. This, bearing in mind that you are under the context of a systemic view, where the formulation and implementation of the strategy should follow a consistent approach in its development. Next to the revision of the bibliographical antecedents, proceeded to carry out sorne comparisons of models found, particularly the Balance Scorecard was utilized (BSC) as reference, in its different evolutionary states, which has incorporated each time with greater emphasis the concept of human capital in its focus. Besides, were considered the main tools of management control that a company can use to measure management, making it indispensable in the approach strategic and subsequent development of the model of management. The previous thing permitted to analyze the different tools used by Endesa in its management and as has been differentiated in the competitive market today. Where they should have present the different cultural and structural restrictions that affect or interfere in the applications of any model or strategy.en
