El objetivo general de este proyecto es realizar un estudio de pre factibilidad
técnica económica en la fabricación de ají cristal deshidratado en polvo, producto que
pretende obtener como resultado el proceso estudiado, y cuya materia prima es una
variedad de pimiento (Capsicum Annuum), perteneciente a la familia de la solanácea,
denominado popularmente como Ají Cristal. Este será sometido a un proceso de
deshidratación, que dará como resultado el producto terminado, mediante los procesos
de preparación, secado y envasado.
Las condiciones que proponen al ají como un producto con altas posibilidades de
proyección en el mercado internacional se basan en la importante demanda, que en los
últimos cinco años promedia 666.930 toneladas lo que en dólares significa un promedio
de 1.178.393 miles de US$, y en el notable aumento en los índices de exportaciones
chilenas que en los últimos seis años se han comportado de manera exponencial, y en
forma creciente, proyectando una demanda auspiciosa determinada actualmente por la
exportación de ají a 4 de los 5 demandantes más importantes del mundo.
Una de las ventajas que posee el producto chileno, es que los estándares de
calidad en materia de deshidratados están a niveles comparables a los de cualquier
exportador extranjero. Esto no solo por la capacidad de cultivar una excelente materia
prima, contando con todas las condiciones para ello, sino principalmente porque las
empresas existentes cuentan con toda la tecnología necesaria para complementar una
buena producción. Lo que implica un proceso de bajos costos que permite obtener
utilidades en el corto plazo. Como todos los costos de financiamiento del proyecto son
asumidos por la empresa su tasa de costo capital se debe regir por el 12% que esta
exige a todos sus proyectos, obteniendo una rentabilidad del 30% obligatoria como
parte de su política, permitiendo obtener utilidades correspondientes a US$ 211.831
durante los ocho años contemplados como vida útil del proyecto.
The general objective of this project is accomplish a investigation of pre-factibility tecnic-economic in the fabrication of Crystal Pepper dehydrated in powder, product that pretend obtain as result the study process , and whom raw material is a variety of pepper (Capsicum Annuum) who pertaining to family of de Solanácea, but its popular name is Crystal Pepper. This will be expose to a deshidratation's process that give as a result the finish product, by the process of preparation drying at packed. The condition that propose to the peppers like a product with high possibilities of projection in the international market put on the base in the important demand that in the last five years average 666.930 Tons., what in dollar means an average of 1.178.393 thousand of US$, and in the noticeable increase in the Chileans exportations index that in the last six years involve like exponential way and increasing way, projecting a favorable demand stipulate actually by the exportation of peppers to 4 of the 5 most important demand of the world. One advantage that have the Chileans product, is that the standards of quality in material of dehydrated stay in levels comparative with a foreigner exporting. This is not only for the capacity of cultivate and excellent raw material, counting with all the conditions for that, but principality because the companies existent ·have with all the necessary technology for complementa good production. This implicate one process whit low cost that permit obtain utilities in short time. ·How all the cost the financing of project are assume for the company,_ its_cost capital valuation should govern for the 12% that this require to all its project obtain a profitability of 30% obligatory like part of its politic permitting obtain utilities corresponding to US $211 .831 during the 8 years contemplated like usefullife of project.
