La presente investigación tiene como objetivo dar a conocer los fondos concursales ofrecidos por el Estado para el fomento de la cultura deportiva en el país (FONDEPORTE Y FONDEVE) y si estos son bien aprovechados por los establecimientos educacionales de la comuna de Viña del Mar. Esta indagación se basa en una metodología descriptiva no experimental, cuyo fin es definir el grado de conocimiento de los establecimientos y su personal respecto al tema.
Las variables con que se trabajó fue el tipo de establecimiento y si este ha postulado a algún tipo de fondo concursable (FONDEPORTE O FONDEVE).
Se utilizo como instrumento una encuesta.
Las principales conclusiones apuntan a que los establecimientos educacionales municipalizados son los que mejor aprovechan los recursos otorgados por el estado ya que estos poseen la mayor participación a los fondos concursables adjudicándose la mayoría de los proyectos a los cuales postulan.
Como conclusión general se obtuvo que los porcentajes de postulación de los colegios determinados por esta investigación son bajos teniendo en cuenta la accesibilidad y beneficios que tienen los fondos concursables.
The current investigation has the purpose to let you know about the sport contest fund offered by the State to promote a culture of sport in the country.(Fondeporte y Fondeve), and if this fund is properly used by the Educational establishments. This investigation has been based on a descriptive methology, not experimental, whose bottom line is to define the grade of knowledge of the educational establishments and their personnel respect to this subject. The different type of establishments we investigated were the Elementary Schools and the information requested was if they have applied to sorne kind of sport contest fund. ( Fondeporte or Fondeve) A poll was used as an instrument to search such information, which was created by the students of Physical Education of Andres Bello University of Viña del Mar,. The main conclutions indicates that the public schools (municipalizados) are the ones who give better use to the benefits received by the State. Because they are the establishments who apply most to the Sport Contest Fund. So, they get most of the proyects they apply for. Generalizing, it can be concluded that the percentage of applications of these specific elementary schools was used as an instrument to search such information chools,involved in our searching, have a very low participation. Considering the accessibility and the benefits of the Sport Contest Fund.
