Conciliación trabajo-familia: un estudio de percepción de jefas de hogares monoparenales del Hospital Adriana Cousiño de Quintero

A lo largo del tiempo, se ha podido observar cómo la mujer se ha incorporado al
mundo laboral, situación compleja ya que por un lado ha ido cumpliendo sueños que antes
se veían imposibles, pero por otro lado surgen dificultades que la han llevado a dividirse
entre dos esferas importantes, por un lado, la esfera familiar y por otro lado la esfera
laboral. Este escenario se complejiza mucho más cuando hablamos de jefas de hogares
que no tienen una pareja estable para compartir las laborales hogareñas y por ende deben
asumir solas los papeles de madre, dueña de casa y de trabajadora. De acuerdoi
a lo
anteriormente dicho, se investigará si la política de conciliación trabajo-familia está
dentro de las organizaciones públicas a estudiar y de qué forma entienden y aplican estas
medidas de conciliación las organizaciones públicas del área de la salud de Viña del Mar
y las jefas de hogares monoparentales que trabajen en el Hospital Adriana Cousiño de
Quintero. Es por ello que a través del modelo conflicto entre roles de Greenhouse y
Beutell, los riesgos psicosociales, el punto de vista de las jefas de hogares y el de las
organizaciones -en tanto programas o instructivos promovidos por el gobierno- iremos
estudiando si presenta o no una dificultad para las jefas de hogares monoparentales
conciliar su trabajo con la familia.
Over time, it has been possible to observe how women have entered the labor market, a complex situation since on the one hand they have fulfilled dreams that previously were impossible, but on the other hand difficulties arise that have led to their division two important areas, on the one hand, the family sphere and on the other hand the labor sphere. This scenario becomes much more complex when we talk about heads of households that do not have a stable partner to share domestic work and therefore must assume alone the roles of mother, housewife and worker. According to the above, it will be investigated whether the policy of work-family reconciliation is within the public organizations to be studied and in what way these conciliation measures are understood and applied by public organizations and heads of single-parent households working in those organizations. That is why, through the conflict model between roles of Greenhouse and Beutell, psychosocial risks, the point of view of female heads of households and that of organizations -as programs or instructions promoted by the government- we will study whether they present or not a difficulty for female heads of single-parent households to reconcile their work with the family.
