poste, medio cementante y diente.
RelyX Are aplicando adhesivo Single Bond UniversalĀ® (3M ESPE).
The most common failure in the rehabilitation of endodontically treated piece by fiber post and coronary reconstruction is the debonding of the post, probably due to poor adhesion between post, cementing medium and tooth. Currently intradicular cementation and bonding is one of the most investigated and most controversia! because of multiple systems on the market, like self-etching system, has gained ground with little evidence regarding their clinical behavior. The push-out test is one of the in vitro test which evaluates clinical aspect as adhesive strength, therefore the purpose of this study was to compare in vitro "Significant difference, given by higher resistance value the push-out between fiberglass post cemented with Single Bond 2 Ā® and fiberglass post cemented with Single Bond Universal Ā®". 20 monoradicular pieces were collected, which were divided into 2 groups: SB Group: fiber post cemented with adhesive Single Bond 2 Ā® (conventional Etching) and RelyX Are Ā® (3M ESPE); SBU Group: fiber post cemented with RelyX Are applying Single Bond Universal Ā® (3M ESPE). After 48 hours, the teeth were sectioned at the Ā· third cervical and medium giving a total of 40 samples. Test was performed "push-out" in the Tinius Olsen H5K-S machine. The results were expressed in megapascals (MPa), and applied the corresponding descriptive analysis, where it was found an average and standard deviation (Ā± SD) for SB of 13.89 (Ā± 1.01) and 11.85 SBU (Ā± 1.19), on the other hand, and occupying a significance level of 95% was done on t-student test which resulted in that no significant difference between each of the groups (p <.05). Conclusion: There is significant difference in the resistance value between SB and SBU having a higher value SB group.
