Este proyecto presenta un estudio del comportamiento organizacional
enfocado desde la prevenciĆ³n de riesgos de los contratistas y subcontratistas con
respecto a la empresa mandante, correspondiente al rubro de la construcciĆ³n. El
objetivo de este estudio es conocer el nivel de influencia de diferentes variables en
los accidentes de trabajos ocasionados en la empresa mandante de parte de los
contratistas y subcontratistas. Para efectos de este proyecto se utilizarĆ” la
metodologĆa planteada por Robbins y Jadge en las cuales se evaluaran distintas
disciplinas del comportamiento humano. De este estudio se espera obtener las
brechas existentes en el cumplimiento de terceros con la empresa principal, en el
Ć”mbito de la prevenciĆ³n de riesgos. Se pudo determinar que el comportamiento
humano de los trabajadores influye directamente en el compromiso y cultura de
una organizaciĆ³n.
This project presents a study of the organizational behavior focused on risk prevention of contractors and subcontractors with respect to the principal company, corresponding to the construction sector. The objective of this study is to know the level of influence of different variables in the accidents of work caused in the contracting company by contractors and subcontractors. For purposes of this project will be used the methodology proposed by Robbins and Jadge in which different disciplines of human behavior will be evaluated. From this study it is hoped to obtain the existing gaps in third-party compliance with the main company in the area of risk prevention. It was possible to determine that the human behavior of workers directly influences the commitment and culture of an organization.
