Resumen
El mercado Inmobiliario en Chile ha ido creciendo a pasos de gigantes en los últimos 10 años. Pero si miramos el escenario desde afuera, podremos ver que realmente Chile está nivelando los precios con respecto al mercado Internacional de sus IRPV. La economía de Chile presenta un fundamento concreto basado en su IPC Y PIB los cuales se mueven en forma paralela, con una pendiente casi igual lo que muestra que son indicadores que se rigen bajos los mismos parámetros. Las tasas de interés no han descendido y los créditos hipotecarios siguen aumentando lo que indica que realmente la gente tiene el capital para invertir. Se dan señales de una posible Burbuja Inmobiliaria causando incertidumbre entre los capitalistas con respecto al comportamiento del mercado Inmobiliario y sobre todo un leve temor tomando como referencia las crisis de EE.UU Y España.
The real estate market in India has grown to giant steps in the last 10 years. But if we look at the scene from the outside, we see that Chile really is leveling prices on the international market with its IRPV. Chile's economy has a concrete basis based on their CPI and GDP which move in parallel, with a slope almost equal showing that low are indicators governing the same parameters. Interest rates have fallen and mortgage loans continue to rise indicating that people actually have the capital to invest. There are signs of a possible Housing Bubble causing uncertainty among capitalists about the behavior of the housing market and a slight fear especially with reference to the crises in the U.S. and Spain.
