Abstract
La presente memoria: “PLAN DE GESTIÓN METODOLÓGICO ORIENTADO A LA
INDUSTRIA MEDIANTE EL ESTUDIO DE SISTEMAS DE SUPERVISIÓN Y MONITOREO”,
comprende el análisis del comportamiento de un sistema de monitoreo industrial a través del
estudio de las diferentes variables energéticas que se pueden encontrar en una instalación
eléctrica.
Este estudio se realizó con el objetivo de que la persona a cargo pueda observar datos
relevantes en el uso de energía y así realizar una posterior optimización a través de medidas de
eficiencia energética.
Al analizar un sistema de supervisión y monitoreo será posible acceder a la información
correspondiente al consumo de las instalaciones de agua, gas y electricidad, con esta base se
procede a recabar toda la información relacionada con las variables fundamentales, que
arrojaran factores tanto internos como externos del sistema de monitoreo, con el objetivo de
generar planes correctivos, y así proveer de una red con mayor eficiencia energética.
Teniendo en cuenta lo mencionado anteriormente, se procede al análisis de un sistema
de supervisión y monitoreo, estudiando e identificando el conjunto de variables presentes en el
ámbito industrial, de esta forma se pretende generar una línea base para el correcto uso de
energía.
Para llevar a cabo esta memoria, se provee de la selección y recomendación métodos
que favorezcan la reducción de costos de energía, así pues, en conjunto con un sistema de
monitoreo poder establecer un correcto análisis con las herramientas proporcionadas a través
de una planta modelo a fin de seleccionar los dispositivos correctos que favorezcan a los
analistas a tomar las medidas adecuadas.
Finalmente se establece un plan de medidas que pueden ser aplicadas para futuros
proyectos industriales con el fin de que sirva de modelo y guía para las industrias que necesiten
implementar dentro de su estructura planes efectivos en cuanto al manejo de la energía a fin
de reducir costos y emisiones de contaminantes, teniendo en cuenta que incorporando un
sistema completo de supervisión y monitoreo se favorecen de manera notable estos
propósitos.
The present report: "METHODOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT PLAN ORIENTED TO THE INDUSTRY THROUGH THE STUDY OF SUPERVISION AND MONITORING SYSTEMS", includes the analysis of the behavior of an industrial monitoring system through the study of the different variables that can be found in an installation and this way the analyst can observe relevant data in the use of energy to perform a further optimization through energy efficiency measures. When analyzing a monitoring system, it will be possible to access the information corresponding to the consumption of the water, gas and electricity installations. Based on this basis, we proceed to compile all the information related to the fundamental variables, which will give rise to both internal and external factors of the monitoring system, to generate corrective plans, and thus provide a more energy efficient network. Considering the above, we proceed to the analysis of a system of supervision and monitoring, studying and identifying the set of variables present in the industrial field, to generate a baseline for the correct use of energy. To carry out this report, the methods of selection and recommendation that favor the reduction of the energy costs are provided, so that together with a monitoring system can establish a correct analysis with the tools provided through a model plant to for select appropriate devices that favor analysts to take appropriate action. Finally, it establishes a plan of measures that can be applied for future industrial projects to serve as a model and guide for the industries that need to implement within their structure effective plans of energy management to reduce costs and emissions of pollutants, considering that the incorporation of a complete system of supervision and monitoring is very favorable to these purposes.
