Resumen
El presente trabajo entrega los antecedentes necesarios para la realización del innovador
método constructivo de los pasos inferiores, utilizados en la Autopista Vespucio Norte
Express, con el fin de que sirva como un documento de ayuda a otros profesionales en
caso de realizar tareas de este tipo o querer conocer cómo se ejecutan obras de esta
envergadura.
Se describen los conceptos constructivos utilizados en la ejecución de las distintas tareas
adoptadas para construir estructuras de este tipo, en lugares de alta fluencia de tránsito.
La elección del sistema constructivo influye directamente en el diseño estructural, basado
en un marco de dos vanos conformado por pilas-pilotes en sus estribos y en la cepa
central. Sobre las pilas-pilotes se apoya el tablero de la super estructura que actúa como
puntal a nivel de las cabezas de dichas pilas-pilotes. Esto obedeció a la necesidad de
deprimir la vía expresa de la Autopista bajo las calzadas existentes en tramos de
extensión considerable, asegurando un tránsito expedito, continuo y seguro a lo largo de
toda la extensión de las faenas.
Este tipo de estructuras plantean un gran desafío técnico, involucrando control de calidad
y precisión en su ejecución, y lo más importante y a su vez beneficioso, obliga a
implementar tecnología cada vez más sofisticada, para obtener los resultados que
respondan a los requisitos del cliente, los cuales serán cada vez más exigentes.
Es así como nace este documento, como un esfuerzo para de una manera simple,
resumida y práctica, dar a conocer estas obras en desarrollo.
The present dissertation project provides the essential data for the development of an innovative constructive technique for underpass which was applied in Americo Vespucio highway, has the aim to be a consulting document for professional who are going to do develop similar activities or to know how these activities are carried out. It will establish the constructive concepts applied in the development of the different tasks employed in structures like these, in places with high traffic. The constructive method selection has a directly effect on the structural design, based on a frame with two bay structured by pillar-pile in theirs abutment and in the middle trestle bent. Above the pillar-pile the superstructure of the slab, is supported which performs like a strut of the head level of them. The latter was due to the requirement of reducing the highway express below the current roads in a considerable length of the highway, achieving a good traffic, safe and steadily all along the construction development shift. They set up a technical challenge, involving quality control and precision in its development, and the most important, as well as benefit; it is complied to apply novel technology to acquire the clients needs, which are increasing in demand. Therefore, the present study gives a straightforward, summary and handy document for these kinds of work.
