El presente estudio de caso, “Percepción de los docentes respecto a los buenos resultados de aprendizaje en un Establecimiento Particular Subvencionado de alta vulnerabilidad de la comuna de Talcahuano”, se realizó bajo un estudio de carácter cualitativo, de naturaleza descriptiva. Para la recopilación de informaciónse utilizó una entrevista semiestructurada, aplicada a una muestra de ocho profesionales del establecimiento, que realizan clases en el primer ciclo básico, (1° a 4° básico), para conocer su percepción a los buenos resultados de aprendizaje en la escuela en la que se desempeñan. La información obtenida fue analizada siguiendo el método hermenéutico. los principales resultados mencionados se encontraron las buenas prácticas pedagógicas, como por ejemplo: planificaciones contextualizadas, materiales didácticos, audiovisuales y tecnológicos. Por otro lado, asociado a las buenas prácticas pedagógicas se encontraron otros factores tales como el Clima de Aula, la Gestión Técnico Pedagógica y Estrategias Docentes. Otro aspecto encontrado fue el alto nivel de participación y preocupación de las familias con sus pupilos. El establecimiento cuenta a su vez con profesores especializados en cada asignatura, además de otros profesionales que intervienen en el quehacer educativo que ayudan a fortalecer el aprendizaje.
The following case study, “Teachers Perception about prominent results on the learning process at a government supported school of high vulnerability category from Talcahuano” has been conducted by a qualitative and descriptive approach.For the data collection process, it was designed a half -formatted and half-focalized interview, which was completed by eight professionals from the Schoolwho teach at primary level (1st to 4th grade primary school), andalso teach the core classes of the school teaching program, in order to collect the different thoughts about their point of view on having good teaching results at the school where they work.Data collected with this interview was analyzed from a descriptive approach, while the qualitative data was analyzed from the point of view of hermeneutic method.Main findings from what teachers answered are related to the good pedagogical practices, for example: Contextualized Planning, Didactic Resources, both Multimedia and Technological ones.Then there are other aspects more related to the mood into the classroom, teaching strategies, administrative work well done, and the concerning and involvement of the family in relation to the school and the students. School has specialized teachers for every class, among other Professionals they interact with,and the ones who help to improve the learning process day by day.
