Este proyecto busca analizar y proponer alternativas para el mejoramiento del producto
turístico ofrecido en la actualidad por la Viña Santa Rita, considerando para esto un
mejoramiento de los atractivos turísticos actuales y potenciales y también de las
actividades que allí se puedan desarrollar, centrándose principales en acciones
vinculadas al ecoturismo. Este mejoramiento debiese implicar una nueva alternativa de
ingreso económico a la Viña Santa Rita, ubicada en la comuna de Buin, Región
Metropolitana.
Para lograrlo, se analizará la oferta turística actual que posee la Viña Santa Rita,
posesionada en la actualidad como un interesante atractivo en la oferta de enoturismo de
la Región Metropolitana, buscando así desarrollar en mayor proporción el área
sustentable, el cuidado y preservación de su entorno natural aprovechando su potencial
originario y cultural en los diferentes sectores de la viña.
El aporte de esta memoria buscó complementar la oferta existente y así competir con la
oferta existente en la actualidad, sin abandonar la preocupación del tema sustentable,
existiendo una mayor conciencia por el cuidado de sus viñedos, con un manejo
controlado de la capacidad de carga, permitiendo de esta forma sopesar el ingreso
económico con la conciencia ecológica que esta oferta debiese tener.
Las características planteadas son quizás las más relevantes dentro de la investigación,
como es la mejora del producto actual y la oferta turística a partir del mejoramiento de
actividades relacionadas con el ecoturismo, como por ejemplo, generando un recorrido
al interior del parque con señaléticas y descripción de la flora existente.
This project aims to analyze and propose altematives for the development of a proposal for the improvement of various tourist attractions that involve a new altenative of income to Viña Santa Rita, located in the commune of Buin, Metropolitan Region, considering a broader offer that seeks to merge, both the current features with the new. To achieve this, the current tourist offer will consider developing the more sustainable area, the care and preservation of its natural environment, taking advantage of its native and cultural potential in the different sectors of the vineyard. The contribution of this memory sought to complement the existing offer and improve current income. Without the concern of sustainable theme issues, there is greater awareness for the care of their vineyards with controlled handling of load capacity, allowing more income with ecological awareness. The characteristics layed out above are probably the most relevant, aimed at improving the current product and tourist offer through the improvement of its activities related to eco-tourism. For example, by generating a new path through the interior of the park by using signs with local flora descriptions. By doing this the tourist will have more knowledge of the vine process and at the same time the current space will be usufrutuated.
