Una mirada a la atención de salud mental de niños, niñas y adolescentes, en el sistema público de salud, desde la voz de las y los profesionales

Resumen
El presente articulo analiza las condiciones en que se desarrolla la atención en salud mental de niños, niñas y/o adolescentes, vinculados a programas de la red protección especializada1, desde los discursos y prácticas de profesionales de salud mental de especialidad abierta2 , de un determinado Servicio de Salud de la Provincia de Concepción. Lo anterior, mediante una investigación cualitativa con enfoque interpretativo y fenomenológico, utilizando como método de recopilación de información, entrevistas semiestructuradas, cuyas evidencias narrativas fueron analizadas a través de la técnica de análisis de contenido de una muestra intencionada, de ocho profesionales del área de salud mental, logrando caracterizar las necesidades de atención y analizar las condicionantes que favorecen o dificultan los procesos de atención de salud mental de NNA, desde la normativa jurídica y normativa vigente en nuestro país, concluyendo que en general, se evidencian avances en el ejercicio del derecho a la salud en cuanto al acceso a los servicios de salud mental, sin embargo, se discuten el reconocimiento de necesidades particulares y la implementación de estrategias diferenciadas centradas en el sujeto de atención.
This article analyzes the conditions in which mental health care for children and/or adolescents linked to programs of the specialized protection network (SPE) is developed, from the discourses and practices of mental health professionals of open specialty, in a specific Health Service of the Province of Concepción. The above, through a qualitative research with an interpretative and phenomenological approach that sought to know meanings from intervening professionals, through the application of semi-structured interviews, as a method of information collection, which was analyzed through the content analysis technique of an intentional sample of eight professionals in the area of specialized open mental health, managing to characterize the care needs and conditioning factors that facilitate or hinder the processes of mental health care for children and adolescents whose rights have been seriously violated, from the legal norms and regulations in force in our country, concluding that in general there are advances in the exercise of the right to health in terms of access to mental health services, challenges are projected in the recognition of particular needs and the implementation of differentiated strategies focused on the subject of care.
