Constantemente en el dĆa a dĆa de las urbes industrializadas, las superficies exteriores
de los edificios estĆ”n recibiendo la poluciĆ³n ambiental por sus fisuras, esta
contaminaciĆ³n es transportada por la humedad, siendo Ć©stas mĆ”s penetrantes con la
presiĆ³n de la lluvia, depositando las sales en el interior del muro y esta misma
humedad reaccionando con las sales del mismo material de la fachada. Todo Ć©sto
concluye en un problema de humedad que genera manchas de distintos colores, que
afectan arquitectĆ³nicamente el exterior del edificio.
Se podrĆ” poner tĆ©rmino y soluciĆ³n a esta patologĆa, con un correcto diseƱo y ejecuciĆ³n
de las fachadas o en su peor escenario, la restauraciĆ³n, teniendo que cuantificar la
humedad y secarla con una posterior limpieza de manchas y sanado de fisuras. Ambos
procedimientos tienen como fin en comĆŗn lograr la estanqueidad mĆ”xima de la
fachada a la entrada de agua con los revestimientos idĆ³neos.
El objetivo de lo anterior es prohibir al mƔximo la entrada de las humedades desde la
superficie exterior de la fachada del edificio, considerando visitas periĆ³dicas de
mantenimiento cuando Jo necesite. Con estas consideraciones se lograrĆ” obtener que
el edificio con su fachada preste un servicio y tenga una prestancia que perduren, en lo
posible, por toda la vida Ćŗtil del inmueble
Constantly, in day-to-day of industrialized metropolis building outer surfaces are receiving environmental pollution because of their fissures, this type of pollution is transported by humidity, being these more penetrating enes with rain pressure, storing salts inside the walls and this same humidity reacting with salts of the same forming material of the fa9ade. AII this concludes in a generating humidity problem of different colour stains, that affect architectonically the fa9ade of the building. This pathology could be finished an solved by a correct design an execution of fa9ades, or in its worse scene, restoration, quantifying the humidity and drying it with a post stains cleaning and healing of fissures. Both events having the same aim to achieve the maximum watertightness of outer surface to the incoming water with the suitable coating. Having the objective of avoiding most of the incoming humidity from the outer fa9ade of the building, considering periodical maintenance visits when it is necessary. These considerations will achieve the usefulness and distinction the building and its fa9ade that will last, preferably, all through the building life.
