Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo "Analizar el clima escolar
que presenta el liceo A-61 Coeducacional Santa María de Los Ángeles (a
partir de ahora Liceo A- 61), en relación a la percepción de los representantes
de los diferentes estamentos de la comunidad educativa, agrupados según su
función.
La investigación se realiza con un enfoque cualitativo, fundada bajo el
paradigma interpretativo, en base a la técnica de recopilación de información de
focus group, en el que se aplica una batería de preguntas asociada a las
dimensiones de ambiente seguro, ambiente de respeto y ambiente organizado
validadas a través de juicio de expertos, la población es toda la comunidad del
liceo A-61 cuya muestra es intencionada por conveniencia, no probabilística y
organizada por estamentos estamento según su función.
La interpretación de la información se efectúa por medio de un análisis
del discurso y categorización, logrando establecer que la percepción que
poseen los representantes de los distintos estamentos de la comunidad escolar
del liceo A-61, es positivo y similar pues de las 67 categorías que emergieron
en la investigación, se presentan 19 categorías coincidentes y 5 con
discrepancias y de ellas 53 se asocian a climas escolares positivos 14 a climas
escolares negativos.
The main objective of this research is to establish a reflexive analysis of Liceo A-61 Coeducacional Santa María (now on called Liceo A-61) of the educational climate , focus on the perception from the representatives in the different levels of the educational community, gathered according to their function. The research presents a qualitative focus, founded in the interpretative paradigm , based on the gathering information from focus group, applying a battery of questions associated to the dimensions of safety environment, environment of respect and organizational environment through expert judgment. The sample is handle by the department in charge of school lite, not probabilistic of the representatives of each one of the representatives of the school community. The interpretation of the information takes place through the analysis of the speech and categorization, establishing that the perception of the representatives of the different levels of the school community of the A-61 high school is positive and similar because of the 67 categories that emerged in the investigation, 19 categories are presented and 5 with discrepancies and of them 53 are associated with positive school climates 14 to negative school climates.
