La presente memoria cuenta con el desarrollo de una propuesta de mejora para la empresa Electric Home.
Hoy en dĆa la empresa cuenta con un desorden interno. Esto provoca pĆ©rdidas de dinero, retraso en los trabajos y mediana satisfacciĆ³n por parte de sus clientes.
Mediante una lluvia de ideas se procederĆ” a identificar de forma cualitativa los procesos crĆticos de la empresa, posteriormente a travĆ©s de un diagrama de Pareto se identificara de forma cuantitativa los problemas y oportunidades de mejora.
Para llevar a cabo esta propuesta de mejora, se llevara a cabo un control de inventarios mediante la automatizaciĆ³n de planillas de Excel, levantamiento de procesos mediante BPM, creaciĆ³n de dos medidores de rendimiento KPI āpresupuestos aprobados vs presupuestos reprobadosā y āservicio satisfacciĆ³n al clienteā. Todo esto serĆ” guiado por un profesional que serĆ” contratado para que esta propuesta de mejora sea llevada con Ć©xito.
Se buscarƔ entregar a la empresa las herramientas necesarias para lograr dar fin a todos sus trabajos de forma mƔs amigable para sus clientes.
This abstract regards the development of an improving proposal to Electric Home Company Nowadays, the company presents problems in its business. A lack of organization can be seen in their internal process. Due to this fact, there is a loss of money, delay in their working processes and unsatisfied customers. The critical processes of the company will be identified through a brainstorming of ideas. Then a Pareto Diagram will identify the problems that the company faces and their chances of improvements. This will be a qualitative analysis. To carry out all what stated before, It will carry out an inventory control by automating Excel spreadsheets, lifting processes by BPM, creating two meters KPI performance "budgets approved budgets vs reprobates" and "customer satisfaction service". All these actions will be guided by a professional who will assure the success of this proposal The aim of these actions is to give the company the necessary tools to reach their goals and finish their tasks effectively and in a friendly way to their customers.
