La identificación y el valor de las principales propuestas de corrección de los sistemas ambientales, nacen a partir de las necesidades de confort que experimentan los usuarios de los complejos habitacionales adquiridos.
A partir de un análisis de las percepciones de éstos, es que se obtiene un diagnóstico de la problemática a tratar, logrando identificar las principales deficiencias.
Se identifican y analizan, entonces, los conceptos de habitabilidad y confort, realizando una descripción y desglose de las diversas componentes y variables que influyen en los comportamientos deseados, desde la perspectiva del confort ambiental y los parámetros que la componen.
A partir de los elementos descritos, se analizan las condiciones térmicas y acústicas emanadas de las condiciones de habitabilidad necesarias, sus propiedades físicas y los contenidos referentes en la legislación chilena, de acuerdo a la Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcciones. así como la normativa vigente correspondiente a ambos temas.
Con estos elementos, se describen diversas soluciones constructivas, tanto desde el punto de vista del diseño, de las herramientas que ofrece el mercado actual, hasta el comportamiento y hábitos de los usuarios, a fin de poder ofrecer espacios confortablemente habitables.
The identification and the value of the main proposals of correction of the environmental systems are born starting from the necessities of comfort that the users of the acquired residence complexes experience. Starting from an analysis of the perceptions of these, it is that one obtains a diagnosis of the problem to try, being able to identify the main deficiencies. They are identified and they analyze, then, the habitability concepts and comfort carrying out a description and breakdown of the diverse components and variables that influence in the wanted behaviors, from the perspective of the environmental comfort and the parameters that compose it. Starting from the described elements, the emanated thermal and acoustic conditions of the conditions of required habitability, their physical properties and the relating contents are analyzed in the effective Chilean legislation, according to the Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcciones as well as the normative one effective corresponding to both topics. With these elements, diverse constructive solutions are described, so much from the point of view of the design, of the tools that offers the current market until the behavior and the users' habits, in order to be able to offer comfortably inhabitable spaces.
