Resumen
La determinación de Dopamina en muestras farmacológicas es esencial para mantener la calidad
de los medicamentos con los estudios de dosis y principio activo para el tratamiento de
enfermedades como el Parkinson y el Alzheimer, ya que estas conllevan a diferentes problemas en
la salud con manifestaciones no motoras, como por ejemplo los siguientes sĆntomas: apatĆa,
depresión, alteraciones del sueño o disfunción autonómica, descontrol de la motricidad fina, entre
otros.
El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar un sensor electroquĆmico que pueda determinar
Dopamina de una manera mÔs rÔpida, simple y económica en comparación a los métodos
tradicionales, como HPLC, el mƩtodo de centelleo, etc. Para ello se darƔn a conocer diferentes
mĆ©todos electroquĆmicos como la VoltamperometrĆa cĆclica y la VoltamperometrĆa de onda
cuadrada. Ambos se basan en la medición del proceso redox de la sustancia que se quiere
cuantificar, mediante un electrodo de referencia y un electrodo de trabajo, donde ocurren los
procesos de difusión y adsorción.
The determination of Dopamine in pharmacological samples is essential to maintain the quality of medicines with the dosage studies y active principle for treatment of diseases, for example, Parkinson and Alzheimer, since these entail to different health problems with non-motor manifestations, for example the following symptom: apathy, depression, sleep disturbances or autonomic dysfunction, lack of control of fine motor skills, among others. The aim of the study is to evaluate an electrochemical sensor that determines Dopamine faster, simple, and economical compared with traditional methods, as HPLC, scintillation method, among others. For it will be announced different electrochemical methods as Cyclic voltammetry and square wave Voltammetry. Both are based in the measurement of redox process of the substance what do you want to quantify, by means of a reference electrode and a working electrode, where the diffusion and adsorption processes take place.
