Abstract
A partir de la escasa información, se busca…. Objetivo: Explorar la percepción que tienen los odontólogos en cuanto a su satisfacción laboral, calidad laboral, desempeño clínico y estrés laboral en la Atención Primaria de Salud. Metodología: Se realiza una investigación cualitativa con diseño de Teoría Fundamentada Constructivista de alcance exploratorio, iniciada con una muestra de arranque de 10 odontólogos que se desempeñan en APS, a los que se le realizó una entrevista semiestructurada a través de la plataforma Zoom, la cual posteriormente fue transcrita, codificada y analizada en el programa Atlas.ti®. Resultados: Los resultados demostraron que los odontólogos se enfrentan constantemente a una serie de situaciones que se relacionan y complementan, como las condiciones contractuales, entorno laboral y funcionamiento del sistema, donde todo esto repercute tanto en el desempeño clínico como en la calidad de vida que presentan los odontólogos. Conclusión: Se identificó los factores que influyen directamente en la percepción de la satisfacción laboral, los cuales se integran y favorecen a que los odontólogos sientan satisfacción laboral en APS.

Methodology: A qualitative research with design of Constructivist Based Theory of exploratory reach is carried out, initiated with a starting sample of 10 dentists that work in PHC, to whom a semi-structured interview was carried out through the Zoom platform, which later was transcribed, codified and analyzed in the Atlas.ti® program. Results: The results showed that dentists are constantly faced with a series of situations that are related and complementary, such as contractual conditions, work environment and system operation, where all this has an impact on both clinical performance and the quality of life presented by dentists. Conclusion: The factors that directly influence the perception of work satisfaction were identified, which are integrated and favor the dentists feeling work satisfaction in PHC.
