The Organizational Development subject of the Engineering (E) career in Business Administration Mention Human Resources of the AIEP Professional Institute, Los Angeles headquarters, has had to abruptly adapt to the online modality because of the pandemic. Therefore, teachers have been faced with problems such as student-centered educational paradigm shift, 50% drop in class attendance, decrease in student motivation and attention during classes. This could be related to the learning approach used where the expository lecture predominates over an interactive class that addresses content using active didactic methodologies that develop diverse skills and competencies in students. In this context, it is observed that the teaching strategies used are not adequate for the current virtual context, which is detrimental to the active participation of students, an important requirement for achieving meaningful learning. From this, the following guiding question arises: How can the teaching team of the Organizational Development subject improve the teaching-learning strategies so that the students of the Execution Engineering career in Business Administration Mention Human Resources can increase their participation during class sessions in telepresence mode? For this, it was proposed as a general objective to design active-participative didactic strategies that allow the use of QR code for students of the Engineering career of (E) in Business Administration, Mention in Human Resources. To achieve this objective, a manual was designed for teachers who teach the Organizational Development subject, which enabled them to implement teaching methodologies that integrate the use of QR codes in Unit I of the field. After its implementation, a survey was carried out to teachers and students to evaluate their appreciations, where a very good evaluation was obtained by both parties
