Resumen
La presente investigación detalla una planificación estratégica para el área extraescolar
del Colegio Domingo Matte Mesías de la Comuna de Puente Alto en su ciclo de
Prebásica, el cual inicio su funcionamiento este año 2018 en sus clases regulares como
colegio y a su vez en la implementación de los talleres extraescolares para niños de
PreKinder y Kinder.
El objetivo del trabajo consiste en visualizar las mejores características para poder
implementarlas en el segundo año de funcionamiento (2019) ya que como primer año se
identificaron cosas por mejorar.
Para poder realizar una planificación estratégica debemos conocer que piensan los
distintos actores del área educativa en relación al área extraescolar y por ende se
realizarán 5 preguntas abiertas a apoderados, técnicos en párvulo y Educadoras las
cuales nos darán una orientación general para poder llevarlos a cabo.
También como complemento se mencionarán las Políticas Deportivas Nacionales en
Chile que enfatizan actividades desde edades tempranas, se explicará la diferencia entre
ocio y tiempo libre, se verá la evolución del área extraescolar en Chile y por último se
comparará el área extraescolar de otros colegios en 5 ítems.
The present study details a strategic planning for pre-basic education extracurricular area in Colegio Domingo Matte Mesías in the administrative division of Puente Alto. The pre-basic stage was initiated in 2018, both in terms of regular classes as a school and implementation of extracurricular workshops for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten children. Considering that this pre-basic stage was recently initiated, the objective of this study is to suggest improvements to be implemented next year (2019), which were identified throughout its first year (2018). In order to carry out a strategic planning, it is necessary to know the views of different participants of the educational field regarding the extracurricular area. Therefore, guardians, pre-school assistants and teachers will be asked five open-ended questions, which will provide a general perspective to perform the planning. As a complement, National Sports Policies in Chile which emphasize activities from an early age will be mentioned, the difference between leisure and free time will be explained, the evolution of the extracurricular area in Chile will be observed, and finally, other schools’ extracurricular area will be compared based on five item.
