El siguiente estudio buscó realizar una descripción de los clubes
deportivos constituidos en la Región de Los Lagos y que están incorporados en
el Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Deportivas del Instituto Nacional de
Deportes. Para llevar a cabo esto, se realizó la recolección de datos e
información directamente desde el IND para posteriormente analizarlos desde
distintas perspectivas tales como, cantidad de clubes, vigencia, duración de
promedio de estos, forma de constituir, distribución geográfica en la región,
entre otras, permitiendo así, dar respuesta a las preguntas de investigación
formuladas.
Los datos recabados fueron tratados estadísticamente con el programa
SSPS y desde ahí se elaboraron tablas y gráficos que dieron cuenta de la
situación actual de los clubes deportivos en la región, realizando un cruce de
información que nos permitió obtener una visión actualizada con respecto a este
tipo de organizaciones deportivas
Los principales resultados obtenidos dan cuenta de la existencia de 1337
clubes incorporados en el registro del IND, pero que solo una cantidad muy
inferior mantienen su vigencia, requisito principal para poder optar al
financiamiento de proyectos deportivos a través de fondos públicos
concursables que el IND pone a disposición. Además los hallazgos del estudio
nos mostraron que aquellas comunas más lejanas a la Dirección Regional del
IND son aquellas que cuentan con menor cantidad de clubes deportivos, lo que
genera que el desarrollo deportivo en aquellas zonas sea mucho menor y esto
va en desmedro de los propósitos del Estado en estas temáticas.
The following study aims to perform a description of the sports clubs in Los Lagos Region and which are incorporated in the Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Deportivas del Instituto Nacional de Deportes. To achieve this, it was made a data and information collection directly from the Instituto Nacional de Deportes (IND) to analyze them from different perspectives such as the number of clubs, validity, average duration of these, form of conformation, the geographical distribution in the region, among others, thus allowing a response to the research questions raised. The data collected was obtained statistically with the SPSS program and from there, tables and graphs were elaborated and these showed the current situation of the sports clubs in the region, performing an information crossover that allowed us to obtain an updated perspective with regard to this type of sports organizations. The main results achieved indicate the existence of 1337 clubs incorporated in the registration of IND, but only a very low amount of them maintain the validity, a main requirement in order to opt for the financing of sports projects through competitive public funds that the IND makes available. In addition, the study findings showed that those communes furthest away from Regional Directorate of IND are those that have fewer sports clubs, which means that sport development in those areas is much lower and this is detrimental to the purposes of the State in these issues.
