El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la percepción y la experiencia de los
visitantes, sostenedores y empresas externas del área de influencia, con el fin de
mejorar la experiencia de los visitantes, se llevó a cabo una investigación exhaustiva
mediante encuestas y entrevistas para recopilar datos sobre diversos aspectos
ambientales, socioeconómicos, culturales, infraestructurales, de servicios y
actividades ofrecidas, y de gestión y conservación, los hallazgos destacan la
importancia de la conservación de la biodiversidad, la promoción del ecoturismo, la
participación comunitaria, la mejora continua, la educación ambiental y la promoción
del turismo responsable., también propone un plan de mejora basado en la
retroalimentación obtenida, con el propósito de desarrollar estrategias efectivas y
sostenibles para la gestión y la promoción del ecoturismo responsable.
Este estudio contribuye al desarrollo de habilidades en investigación y análisis de
datos, planificación y gestión pública del ecoturismo, y la propuesta de productos
ecoturísticos sostenibles, las encuestas a visitantes identificaron áreas de mejora en
infraestructura, señalización, y servicios ofrecidos, por otro lado las entrevistas
aplicadas a los sostenedores demostraron que existen necesidades de mayor
participación y colaboración en la gestión del parque, mientras que las entrevistas a
a empresas externas del parque mostraron expectativas de beneficios económicos y
colaboraciones más sólidas con la administración del parque, ante eso se diseña un
plan de mejora que Incluye acciones a corto plazo (mejoras en infraestructura y
servicios) y a largo plazo (fortalecimiento de la colaboración y sostenibilidad).
The present study aims to analyze the perception and experience of visitors, stakeholders, and external companies in the area of influence of Parque Nacional Nonguén, with the goal of enhancing the visitor experience, an exhaustive investigation was conducted through surveys and interviews to collect data on various environmental, socioeconomic, cultural, infrastructural, service, and activity aspects, as well as on management and conservation practices, the findings highlight the importance of biodiversity conservation, ecotourism promotion, community participation, continuous improvement, environmental education, and responsible tourism promotion, the study also proposes an improvement plan based on the feedback obtained, with the aim of developing effective and sustainable strategies for the management and promotion of responsible ecotourism. This study contributes to the development of skills in research and data analysis, public ecotourism planning and management, and the proposal of sustainable ecotourism products, surveys conducted with visitors identified areas for improvement in infrastructure, signage, and services offered. On the other hand, interviews with stakeholders demonstrated the need for greater participation and collaboration in park management, while interviews with external companies revealed expectations of economic benefits and stronger collaborations with park administration. In response, an improvement plan was designed that includes short term actions (improvements in infrastructure and services) and long-term actions (strengthening collaboration and sustainability).
