Resumen
La presente investigación busca analizar las reflexiones y percepciones que tienen docentes de la Universidad Andrés Bello, Facultad de Educación, sede Casona, acerca de sus prácticas pedagógicas por medio del Laboratorio de Aprendizaje Pedagógico, LAP, que apunta al desarrollo e instalación de un espacio de experimentación pedagógica desde una mirada interdisciplinaria, con el fin de acercarlos a las metodologías que los estudiantes hoy en día necesitan y de esta manera generar aprendizaje significativo.
La investigación se llevó a cabo en base al estudio de las reflexiones y percepciones de los docentes asistentes al Laboratorio, mediante una investigación cualitativa en donde se grabó cada una de las sesiones y se entrevistó a una muestra de ésta, para luego ser analizadas. Se espera con la realización de esta investigación ser un aporte a la educación, teniendo como propósito generar conciencia sobre la importancia de innovar dentro del aula y que las instancias de LAP se vuelvan a generar.
This research tries to analyze the perceptions and reflections that have the teachers of the Education Department of the University Andres Bello, faculty located in Las Condes, Santiago, concerning its pedagogical practices using a Teaching Learning Laboratory. (LAP), that aims to the development and installation of an experimenting space from an interdisciplinary point of view, in order to bring the teachers closer to the methods needed by the students today and in this way, provide meaningful learning. The research was based on the deep examination of the perceptions and reflections of the teachers who came into de Laboratory, using a qualitative method, taping on video each one of the sessions and also interviewing a sample of them. It is expected that with the implementation of this research to contribute to education, having as a purpose to produce awareness of the importance of innovate in the classroom and that the actions experienced in the Teaching Learning Laboratory can be reused.
