Talking about soccer in Chile seems to be a repetitive topic, where we see that the focus of the media is on professional soccer and the men's adult national team, reducing the visibility that could be given to the promotion of other disciplines to promote the sport. We cannot deny this assessment if the National Survey of Physical Activity and Sport told us in 2015 that more than 26% of the adult population had soccer as the main sport practice over a list of more than 20 sports and physical activities. Now, this factor should not be a detractor to continue devising new forms of management for this sport, on the contrary, this level of fanaticism should be used to achieve greater adherence of people for the benefit of the practice of regular physical activity and, therefore, improving the quality of life of people. It is from there where the project of the "strategic plan for the Real Santiago sports club in the commune of Peñalolén" is born, which will be developed in the southeast sector of the city of Santiago. The objective of this is: to elaborate a strategic plan to increase the sports offer and enrich the participation processes of the beneficiaries of the Real Santiago sports club. To achieve this, strategies will be created within the project, marketing plans, and a multidisciplinary team of professionals that will provide a starting point for many children and young people in the practice of sports.
