Esta investigación, tiene como objetivo evaluar el impacto del turismo rural en los
emprendedores rurales de Alto Palena, Región de Los Lagos, Chile, una comuna alejada
geográficamente de Santiago de Chile en la cual, los locales se han visto afectados en
oportunidades por esto mismo. Sin embargo, se han generado servicios turísticos
espontáneos en este lugar, donde, a través del cual, se ha visto impactada la comunidad
emprendedora a nivel social por el constante flujo de visitas nacionales e internacionales
generando en estos emprendedores nuevas formas de ver la vida, nuevos proyectos y
nuevas oportunidades. El análisis del impacto es importante para la gestión y
administración turísticas de estas comunidades, avalando los derechos humanos, el
respeto por las tradiciones y culturas y la sostenibilidad de éstas. La siguiente
investigación se realizó en base a una metodología cualitativa de tipo fenomenológica
exploratoria, a través de tareas previamente definidas como visitas a terreno y recolección
de información en ésta misma. Las herramientas adaptadas más utilizadas fueron las
entrevistas semi-estructuradas a actores de relevancia para la investigación y matrices
de registro.
Los principales resultados obtenidos fueron la extracción de relatos de las entrevistas
semi-estructuradas a los emprendedores rurales de la comuna y el análisis y
categorización de los impactos del turismo rural en el desarrollo social de éstos.
En este mismo se consideran distintas líneas de trabajo para la gestión de un destino
sustentable que considere la integridad de sus comunidades.
This research has the purpose to evaluate the impact of rural tourism on rural entrepreneurs in Alto Palena, Los Lagos Region, Chile, a commune geographically away from Santiago de Chile, where locals have been affected by the limits in the oportunities that means living in a rural zone in this country. However, spontaneous tourist services were generated in this place, through which, the entrepeneur community has been impacted at a social level by the constant flow of national and international visits, generating in these entrepreneurs new ways of seeing life, new projects and new opportunities. The impact analysis is important for the tourism management and touristic administration of these communities, endorsing human rights, respect for the traditions and cultures and their sustainability. The following investigation was carried out based on a qualitative methodology of an exploratory phenomenological type. It was done through previously defined tasks such as visits to the place of investigation and collection of information in it. The most used research adapted tools were the semi-structured interviews with relevant actors of the investigation and the registration matrices. The main results obtained were the extraction of narrations from the semi-structured interviews with the rural entrepreneurs of the commune and the analysis and categorization of the impacts of rural tourism on their social development. In this investigation, different lines of work are considered for the management of a sustainable destination that consider the integrity of their communities.
