La búsqueda de nuevas tecnologías para el rubro de la construcción, se hace cada vez
más fuerte en nuestro país, siendo este el motivo por el que se desarrolla esta memoria,
con la finalidad de dar a conocer las características del Hormigón celular autoclavado
(HCA) para sistemas constructivos de tabiques.
La idea principal, es ver la factibilidad que tienen estos tabiques analizando en forma
individual los materiales de los tabiques de HCA, para luego, compararlos con algunos
de los sistemas de tabiques más utilizados en Chile. Esta comparación será en todos
los ámbitos.
Al ser un material relativamente nuevo en nuestro país, no se tiene real noción del
proceso de construcción, ni tampoco el nivel de especialidad que deben tener los
trabajadores, sólo se manejan los datos entregados por los distribuidores y
constructores de este material. Esta memoria entrega datos sobre: herramientas,
materiales y mano de obra del Hormigón Celular Autoclavado, así también, datos de
otro tipo de sistemas de tabiques.
The search for new technologies in the construction business advances more and more in our country every day. This is the reason for the development of this memoir, with the purpose of presenting the characteristics of "Hormigón Celular Autoclavado (HCA)" for the constructive systems of partitions. The main idea is to see the feasibility that these partitions have, by analyzing the materials of the partitions one by one to later match them with some of the more utilized wall partition systems in Chile. This comparison will be made in all aspects. By being a relatively new material on our country, there is no real sense of the construction process or the specialty level that the workers must have, as they handle only the data given by distributors and constructors of this material. This memoir gives data about the tools, materials and manual labor of the Hormigón Celular Autoclavado, and also, information about other or partitions systems.
