Resumen
El objetivo principal de este proyecto es el diseƱo de prĆ”cticas pedagĆ³gicas
constructivistas en un nivel de NT2 ubicado en un Colegio de la comuna de
Rancagua, teniendo como principal Ć©nfasis la consideraciĆ³n en los intereses de los
niƱos y niƱas.
Este proyecto de innovaciĆ³n didĆ”ctica busca actualizar la visiĆ³n de los profesionales
del colegio Saint John en cuanto a la EducaciĆ³n Inicial, principios pedagĆ³gicos,
experiencias de aprendizajes y la importancia de la consideraciĆ³n de los intereses
de los niƱos y niƱas. Para lograr lo anterior se planificĆ³ diversas acciones y
actividades que buscan actualizar a los/as docentes y asistentes de la educaciĆ³n
para profundizar y construir una visiĆ³n conjunta de las conceptualizaciones
anteriormente mencionadas, ademĆ”s de una indagaciĆ³n profunda de los intereses
de los educandos para considerarlos en cada una de las experiencias de
aprendizajes por medio de entrevistas a los niƱos y niƱas y a las familias, tambiƩn
se usĆ³ como muestra registros descriptivos.
Cada acciĆ³n por desarrollar busca crear ambientes y oportunidades de aprendizajes
para que los educandos construyan aprendizajes significativos, mediante
experiencias valiosas que consideren sus intereses, contextos en los que se
encuentran inmersos, diversas formas de aprender de cada pĆ”rvulo y caracterĆsticas
propias; considerƔndolos como sujetos de derechos inmersos en un contexto
particular que debe ser considerado y validado para la construcciĆ³n de aprendizajes
significativos.
Our main target in this project was to work with teaching abilities founded in the Constructivism approach, of a NT2 level, focused on the studentās concerns and needs. The school is called āColegio Saint Johnā and it is located in Rancagua. This innovational project wants to update and improve the educatorsā vision, especially in: didactic methodologies, teaching techniques and fundaments, and learning experiences in the early childhood; considering the childrenās interests. In order to set those goals, various activities and actions were planned to train the educators and co-teachers to re-think about this new approach. Diving deeply into the ākids interestāsā matter. We went through this last concept making interviews to the kids and their families as well. Also we used the teacherās descriptive records. Every single action is intended to create the environment and the opportunities of meaningful learning, so the students can be able to build their own significant learnt. They will experience the learning through a variety of activities, previously set according to their interests and their family context, and their learning style and their own abilities as well. Each student in considered as an individual being who has the right to reaching more learnings and significant experiences.
