Currently, the Mid-urethral slings such as the TOT are among the most common surgical technique for the treatment SUI. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine objective and subjective success rate in female patients with SUI and mixed urinary incontinence (MUI) treated with a transobturator mid urethral sling and to determine perioperative complications rate. Methods: We performed a retrospective cohort study of patients' records analyzing patients clinical history, physical examination and surgical records to evaluate the rate of objective and subjective success from TOT was performed. Results: objective and success rate was 92[%] and 76[%] respectively. The complications rate was 8,3[%] and mesh exposure was 1.2 [%].
