Es muy difícil trabajar bajo el concepto de industrialización, como lo hacen la mayoría de las otras actividades, pues muchos de los procesos se ejecutan a mano y en forma prácticamente artesanal. La mano de obra no tiene adiestramiento, además se va rotando, el lugar de trabajo y los procesos constructivos cambian y se debe cumplir con plazos muchas veces estrechos. Estos y otros problemas, dificultan la aplicación de un Programa Preventivo, por eso es importante conocer cuáles han sido los planes que se han ejecutado y que resultados han obtenido, si han logrado bajar la accidentabilidad en la construcción. En esta Memoria se analizan los programas propuestos por las mutualidades para hacer prevención de riesgos, programas como el Plan Empresa Competitiva de la Mutual de Seguridad , o como el Sistema IST del Instituto de Seguridad del Trabajo. También se analizan las medidas y programas que han tomado las grandes empresas constructoras para enfrentar el tema de seguridad en la construcción. En el capítulo cinco, se identifican los riesgos que hay en terminaciones, en las distintas labores que comprenden esta actividad, y se proponen una serie de recomendaciones para evitar la ocurrencia de un accidente.The sector of the Construction gathers a series of conditions which differentiate it of the other productive sectors. It is very difficult to work under the industrialization concept, as they make it most of the other activities, because many of the processes are executed by hand and practically in a not industrialized way. Manpower doesn't have training, it also goes rotating, the work place changes, the constructive processes change and it should be fulfilled terms many times straits. These and other problems, hinder the application of a Preventive Program, for that reason it is important to know which have been the plans that have been executed and that they have obtained, if they have been able to lower the rates of accidents in the Construction. In this memory the programs proposed by the Mutualities are analyzed. Programs to make prevention of risks, programs like the Plan Competitive Company of the Mutual of Security, or as the System IST of the Institute of Security of the Work. The measures and programs that have taken the Big Builders Companies to face the topic of security in the Construction are also analyzed.
