El presente estudio, tuvo como objetivo general el realizar un diseño de producto ecoturístico para el área de Lenga, bajo los recursos naturales y culturales con los que esta cuenta. Para el cumplimiento de dicho objetivo, se ejecutaron diversas tareas establecidas en el plan de trabajo previamente diseñado, el cual se basó sus actividades principales en el trabajo de campo, y recopilación de datos. Paralelamente, también se realizó un trabajo de gabinete, mediante revisión bibliográfica de documentos, tabulación de datos, diseño de propuesta, entre otros. Los instrumentos creados y/o adaptados para la recolección de información a esta investigación fueron principalmente cuestionarios, encuestas y fichas de de caracterización de recursos, los que permitieron identificar en profundidad la opinión de los turistas y de la comunidad local, respecto al desarrollo de actividades ecoturísticas en Lenga. Dentro de los principales resultados obtenidos de este estudio, fue el diseño de dos itinerarios, en donde se hace una mezcla de los recursos naturales y culturales, los cuales el turista tendrá la opción de conocer y de disfrutar, en conjunto a esto se hizo una lista de materiales y cosas que organizar antes de la puesta en marcha de los itinerarios.This research corresponds to the thesis report to qualify for the title of Administrator in Ecotourism from the Andrés Bello University, Concepción Campus, Biobío Region, Chile. The present study's general objective was to design an ecotourism product for the Lenga area, under the natural and cultural resources that it has. For the fulfillment of this objective, various tasks established in the previously designed work plan were executed, which was based on its main activities on field work and data collection. At the same time, a desk work was also carried out, through bibliographic review of documents, data tabulation, proposal design, among others. The instruments created and / or adapted for the collection of information to this research were mainly questionnaires, surveys and resource characterization files, which allowed to identify in depth the opinion of tourists and the local community, regarding the development of activities ecotourism in Lenga.
