La calidad de estos servicios es un elemento clave en la continuidad y el aumento de personas que participan de ellos, por lo cual uno de los principales objetivos debe ser la satisfacción de los clientes y una mejora continua. Para conseguirlo es preciso evaluar la percepción que se tiene de los talleres por parte de los usuarios, así como la de los coordinadores y de los profesores. En una muestra significativa de usuarios, profesores y coordinadores de los talleres deportivos de la municipalidad de Peñalolén en Santiago de Chile, se valorizó la percepción frente al área de infraestructura, organización y profesores de los talleres. Se realizaron análisis descriptivos y de comparación entre los tres grupos encuestados. Los resultados muestran buenos resultados frente a las tres áreas evaluadas. Existiendo leves diferencias entre la calificación otorgada por usuarios, profesores y coordinadores, siendo este último grupo el que otorgó una mejor valoración.The municipal sports workshops have increased their amount in the Iast years to satisfy the current demand of the community in front of sports services. The quality of these services is a key element in the continuity and increase of people who participate in them, so one of the main objectives must be customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. To achieve this, it is necessary to evaluate the perception of the workshops by the users, as well as the coordinators and the teachers. In a significant sample of users, teachers and coordinators of the sports workshops of the municipality of Peñalolén in Santiago de Chile, the perception of the area of infrastructure, organization and teachers of the workshops was valued. Descriptive and comparative analyzes were performed between the three groups. The results show good results compared to the three areas evaluated.
