Por ello el sujeto a investigar serán personas mayores pertenecientes al programa MAS del CESFAM de San Joaquín, hombres y mujeres mayores de 60 años. Esta investigación será de tipo cualitativa y se abordará desde un paradigma construccionista. La importancia de ésta investigación es que permitirá identificar significados que atribuyen las personas mayores a su ocupación; también ver cómo esto se basa en la intersubjetividad y con ello a sus historias de vida, su contexto y cultura. Además conocer los cambios en las ocupaciones de las personas mayores, con esto se pretende brindar instancias para nuevas investigaciones desde el área de la salud y fomentar el desarrollo de estudios para mejorar la vida de las Personas Mayores.The purpose of this research is to understand the meaning attributed to the occupation by older people who continue to work after retirement. Therefore, the subject to be investigated will be elderly people belonging to the MAS program of the CESFAM of San Joaquin, men and women over 60 years. This research will be qualitative and will be approached from a constructionist paradigm. The importance of this research is to identify meanings attributed by older people, to their occupation; also see how this is based on intersubjectivity and with it their life stories, context and culture.
