Materiales y métodos: Se evaluaron 191 artículos en TTM los cuales fueron obtenidos mediante la plataforma L•OVE, los cuales fueron cribados por un grupo de docentes y otro de alumnos de la Universidad Andrés Bello y comparados con la decisión final de incluir o no dichos artículos. Resultados: De los 191 artículos cribados por los investigadores se incluyeron 138 en el L·OVE, lo que corresponde a un 72,2% del total, mientras que 53 fueron excluidos, correspondiente al 27,8% de la muestra. Sobre la capacidad en la selección de los artículos, se obtuvo un 95% para los docentes y 92% para el grupo de alumnos. Conclusiones: Tanto el grupo de docentes como el de alumnos de la Universidad Andrés Bello, fueron capaces de identificar y seleccionar correctamente los artículos sobre trastornos temporomandibulares en un alto porcentaje utilizando la plataforma L·OVE. Las complicaciones más grandes fueron principalmente al diferenciar otros tipos de dolor orofacial de los TTM o al analizar estudios que toman el bruxismo como parte de este grupo de patologías.Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the ability to select articles on temporomandibular disorders between teachers and students of the Universidad Andrés Bello, using the L-OVE (Living Overview of Evidence) platform.
