El potencial de la tecnología con respecto al reconocimiento de emociones es claro, ya sea a través de Machine Learning o Deep Learning, por mencionar algunos. Independientemente del ámbito o de los objetivos para los que se utilice esta tecnología, tienen en común la importancia de mejorar el reconocimiento de cada una de las emociones para obtener resultados lo más fieles posibles, para lo que se diferencian en técnicas, métodos o recursos empleados para ello. Para este trabajo se ha decidido utilizar Deep Learning, para lo cual se detallará su importancia y cómo se logra su implementación, además, se enfocará específicamente en el uso de redes neuronales para el entrenamiento.
