Ahí radica el análisis del presente estudio, pues consideramos relevante rescatar al párroco, como un estado construido intelectualmente por parte de los magisterios eclesiásticos y de la comunidad en la que ejerce un liderazgo pastoral. Lo anterior permite visualizar las batallas por la institucionalización de una determinada memoria colectiva y, por consiguiente, una batalla por la nominación de la realidad, en el marco de una figura revestida de sacralidad, que, desde el momento mismo en que se inserta en una determinada comunidad, deviene en figura central para la misma, ¡A tal clero tal pueblo!The parish priest, a central figure in the process of evangelization and indoctrination in South America has traditionally been studies from perspectives recovering his pastoral or missionary work. However, he —as sacred figure— has not been studies as “Men of God” in the ecclesiastical context and the very community that surrounds him. This is what the analysis in this study is based upon. We consider the parish priest as a state intellectually constructed by the Ecclesiastica Magisterium and the community in exercising pastoral leadership. This approach will highlight the struggle for institutionalization of a particular collective memory and, therefore, a battle for the “nomination of reality” as part of a figure clothed in sacredness who from the moment he is inserted in a given community, becomes its central figure.esIglesiaPárrocoComunidadHistoria conceptualMemoriaArtículo
