Objetivo: evaluar, mediante revisiones observacionales la fuerza de unión de los dientes temporales comparadas de un sistema de autograbado y de grabado total. Metodología: Se realizó una búsqueda electrónica de estudios observacionales publicados entre 2013 y 2023 en las bases de datos Medline / Pubmed, Scopus, medline complete y la Web of Science, con la estrategia de búsqueda “pediatric dentistry OR temporal teeth OR deciduous teeth AND dental bonding AND Self-etch OR Etch-and-rinse AND Shear Strength” en Pubmed y Scopus; ¨Temporal teeth OR deciduous teeth AND dental bonding AND self-etch OR etch-and-rinse AND shear strength¨ en Dentistry & Oral Sciences Source y Medline complete. Resultados: Se identificaron 599 registros de los cuales después de aplicar los criterios de elegibilidad se analizaron 4, cuyos resultados mostraron una correlación entre ambos sistemas adhesivos y la resistencia al cizallamiento, siendo la tasa de supervivencia de la restauración reportada mayor en sistema grabado y lavado en comparación con el sistema de autograbado. Conclusión: La técnica de adhesión para grabado y lavado exhibe una fuerza de adhesión superior en comparación con el sistema autoadhesivo, siendo ambos métodos situados dentro de los valores clínicamente aceptables para la obtención de resultados clínicos satisfactorios.Abstract: Adhesion is the main factor fundamental to the success of direct restorations. Objective: to evaluate, through observational reviews, the bond strength of temporary teeth compared to a self-etching and total etching system. Methodology: An electronic search of observational studies published between 2013 and 2023 was carried out in the databases Medline / Pubmed, Scopus, medline complete and the Web of Science, with the search strategy “pediatric Dentistry OR temporal teeth OR deciduous teeth AND dental bonding AND self-etching OR etching and rinsing AND shear resistance” in Pubmed and Scopus; “Temporary teeth OR temporary teeth AND dental bonding AND self-etching OR etching and rinsing AND shear resistance” in Dentistry & Oral Sciences Source and Medline complete. Results: 599 records were identified, of which after applying the eligibility criteria, 4 were analyzed, the results of which showed a correlation between both adhesive systems and shear resistance, with the reported restoration survival rate being higher in the etched and washed system compared to the self-recording system. Conclusion: The etch and wash adhesion technique exhibits superior adhesion strength compared to the self-adhesive system, both methods being within clinically acceptable values for obtaining satisfactory clinical results.esAdhesivos DentalesMateriales DentalesDentición PrimariaTesis
