The design of policies and strategies that favor the insertion of workers is a challenge for organizations and it is where organizational learning plays a relevant role to produce changes in mentality and behavior towards workers belonging to sexual minorities. The generation of organizational learning on issues of labor inclusion allows the integration of all teams within the organization, improving the work environment, productivity, profits and problem-solving capacity. The challenge is to address the changes in today’s society and the new policies that protect and protect these diverse groups of health collaborators, without forgetting that individual learning does not guarantee organizational learning. © 2022, Publicacion de la Asociacion Salud, Ciencia y Tecnologia.
